Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on BMW vehicles according to manufacturer specifications.
- Utilize diagnostic equipment and technical manuals to identify and troubleshoot issues accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake replacements.
- Ensure all repairs and services are performed to meet dealership and manufacturer standards.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle issues and repair recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly cared for and accounted for.
