We are seeking a skilled and experienced BMW Technician to join our team. As a BMW Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining BMW vehicles to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on BMW vehicles according to manufacturer specifications.
- Utilize diagnostic equipment and technical manuals to identify and troubleshoot issues accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake replacements.
- Ensure all repairs and services are performed to meet dealership and manufacturer standards.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle issues and repair recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly cared for and accounted for.

**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a BMW Technician.
