About the Position 
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Specialist to join our dynamic team at a leading cybersecurity software company warehouse. As a Fulfillment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of orders, managing inventory, and maintaining a smooth workflow within the warehouse environment. Position Responsibilities
•    Prior experience using UPS, DHL, FedEx and LTL shipping software.
•    Prior experience shipping domestic and international.
•    Prior experience completing long form international customs paperwork for freight forwarders, AES filings, Commercial Invoices or as required per SOP.
•    Have general computer knowledge with MS Office software suites (Excel, Word, Outlook).
•    Knowledge of NetSuite a plus.
•    Accurate pulling and packing of individual sales orders, giving priority where appropriate.
•    Inventory transactions/transfers experience using handheld devices to ensure inventory levels are accurately reflected.
•    Experience with physical inventory confirmation, cycle counting and adjustments of inventories.
•    Must facilitate inter-departmental and external communication to assure quality of time sensitive issues and priorities.
•    Assist in loading and unloading trucks and assist coworkers when vital, following directions when required.
•    Must be organized and willing to do general warehouse cleaning and restocking shelves as required.
•    Must be willing to work weekends and/or overtime when required.
•    Able to lift 50 lbs. consistently.
•    Attention to detail in all aspects of fulfillment and order picking/processing
•    Able to arrive at work on time with high level of dependability and reliability
Skills and Qualifications
•    High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
•    1 to 2 years of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Working Conditions

•    This is an in-person warehouse position.
•    Much of the workday, especially in the first few months, is spent on your feet.
•    Required to lift up to 50lbs (max), 5 to 20lbs consistently.
•    Must be willing to work weekends and/or overtime if required
•    Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach and move about the facility
