A fulfillment associate is responsible for processing and packing orders in warehouses or distribution centers, often requiring physical stamina and attention to detail. The job typically offers entry-level opportunities, with pay rates varying by employer, and may involve shift work or standing for long periods. It can be a good option for those seeking immediate employment and physical activity, but it may lack long-term career growth without additional skills or advancement opportunities.

What is a fulfillment associate?

Fulfillment Associates are employees who work in warehouses or distribution centers to process and prepare customer orders for shipment.
