Schedule:

  • Full-time
  • Monday-Friday
  • 3rd Shift hours: 8:00 PM-4:30 AM (starting at $16/per hour)

Summary:

Wantable is looking for positive and energetic Seasonal Fulfillment Center Associates to pick and pack orders and process returns in our fulfillment center during our busiest time of year: Cozytober!

If you are someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, can be on your feet walking all day (or night), and enjoys being able to work individually, Wantable is the place for you!

The Seasonal Fulfillment Center Associate is responsible for picking and packing orders, and processing returned orders during the fall months as assigned. This position reports to the Fulfillment Center Supervisors.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret printed pick tickets, digital packing slips, and RF scanner screens to locate items.
  • Verify accuracy of item location codes, stock numbers (SKUs), and product descriptions.
  • Review customer information and shipping addresses on labels to ensure accurate delivery routing.
  • Pick and pack customer orders.
  • Replenish inventory in picking bins.
  • Maintain the work area and equipment in an orderly condition.
  • Process Reverse Shipments in an efficient manner.
  • Use a handheld scanner to accept items back in their bin location.
  • Other duties as assigned by Fulfillment Center Leadership.


Physical Demands:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Daily attendance is necessary. This position requires the employee to be on their feet and walking for the majority of the shift. The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

  • Ability to work Monday-Friday with some required Saturday overtime as needed.
    • Seasonal assignments will overlap with the company blackout period, from September 15, 2026-October 16, 2026; time off cannot be requested during this period from seasonal or regular employees.
  • Must maintain a positive attendance record.
