Job description

An independent, non-profit, community-based hospital, designated as a Critical Access Hospital in central Maine, is adding a Radiologist. The hospital serves a broad rural region of Somerset County and provides 24/7 emergency services, inpatient and outpatient care, and a network of specialty and primary care physicians close to home.


About the Opportunity:

  • Joining 1 employed Radiologist and currently 2 contracted Radiologists
  • Must be comfortable reading all diagnostic modalities, including mammography, and perform basic interventional radiology (arthrograms, breast biopsies)
  • The schedule is Monday through Friday, with some flexibility
  • Can do some hybrid remote
  • No nights, weekends, or holidays
  • Expect to read 70-90 cases daily
