• Coverage Type: Clinical Only
• Coverage Period: 11/01/2026 – 6 Months
• Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

PATIENT INFORMATION
• Patient Demographics: Infant through Adult
• Patient Volume/Census: 20–25 Cases Per Day
• Admissions: As Clinically Indicated
• Case Mix: All Interventional Radiology Procedures

FACILITY INFORMATION
• Trauma Level: Adult Level IV
• EMR System: Cerner / Fuji PACS
• Office Equipment Available: Standard IR Suite
• Specialty Backup Available: Hospital-Based Specialists
• Support Staff Available: 2+ Physicians and 1 Procedural APP

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
• Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
• Temporary Privileges Available: IMLC or Temporary License Eligible

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Active State License or Eligible via IMLC/Temporary License
• Board Certified Required
• Active DEA Required
• Certifications: As Required by Facility
• Experience: Interventional Radiology Experience

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform interventional radiology procedures
• Interpret imaging and perform image-guided interventions
• Document patient care in Cerner/Fuji PACS
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and hospital staff
• Deliver high-quality interventional radiology services
