As a Fuel Desk Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling the daily operational tasks for the Fuel Desk Department. You will maintain client relationships and provide ongoing education and customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of fuel clients focusing on fuel card usage and growth
  • Provide industry leading customer support and troubleshooting
  • Develop client relationship to educate and inform customers of how to optimize the value of the OTR fuel program
  • Work with different departments to improve features and processes
  • Become an expert at servicing customers using our partnership platforms
  • Maintain current knowledge on Fuel Desk program and strategies
