Responsibilities
  • Create unforgettable guest experiences-greet every customer with a smile, engage them with the rewards program, offer windshield washing, and turn every interaction into a positive moment.
  • Lead a winning team-train, motivate, recognize, and support team members while delegating tasks and keeping everyone energized, accountable, and having fun on shift.
  • Own fuel operations like a pro-complete daily checklists, inspect and maintain hoses, nozzles, and dispenser filters, stay on top of fuel regulations, and keep an eye on competitors to drive results.
  • Keep it safe, clean, and welcoming-maintain tidy, secure fuel kiosks, lots, and walkways, while modeling safety protocols and PPE use for the team.
  • Stock, organize, and control-ensure fuel merchandise is fully stocked and displayed, manage paperwork, and enforce cash handling, loss prevention, and operational accuracy.
  • Drive results together-partner with the Store Manager to hit departmental sales, profitability, and compliance goals while celebrating wins along the way.
  • Stay sharp and connected-attend trainings and meetings, communicate openly with leadership, and continuously grow yourself and the team while keeping the culture upbeat and inclusive.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively with teams in a customer-focused environment.
  • Strong customer-first mindset supported by positive attitude and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven reliability and accountability, with flexibility to work various shifts, including overnight/3rd shift.
  • Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, outdoor environments, including all weather conditions.
  • Solid problem-solving ability with attention to detail, plus basic computer, math, and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to quickly learn, complete training, and align with company values.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned district; prior shift management or supervisory experience preferred.
