SCOPE/CONTACTS:
This position will work with other team members as well as bank and FTS personnel. Contacts are regularly with persons outside of their own department or work group to discuss process improvements and automation. Tact and diplomacy are necessary considerations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The expectation of this position is to build workflows with limited assistance, work with as well as guide other team members, and follow process to ensure the workflows are both unit tested and UAT tested before being promoted to production while keeping management informed as to task/project progress. The job requires this person will also participate in discussions regarding support as issues arise.
Work with Project Managers, Development Managers, Business Analysts, Application Analyst, Stakeholders, other team members, and vendors on various tasks needed to accomplish corporate, department, and team objectives.
  • Document current state of the targeted process being improved with limited assistance.
  • Document projected state of targeted process being improved with limited assistance.

  • Follow departmental and team processes relating to code migrations and requests for support.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A Bachelor's degree in the computer related field or equivalent experience.

  • Understanding of .NET Frameworks, VB.NET, ASP.NET, ADO.NET
  • Understanding of Web and Windows Forms, Stored Procedures, Visual Studio.
  • Should possess good communication skills, be goal oriented.
  • Ability to learn development technologies such as WCF, MVC, Javascript, Jquery T-SQL and others.
  • Must display troubleshooting skills that can start with an issue and systematically isolate and rule out possibilities in search of the solution with limited assistance.
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to work well on a team.
  • The person should be reliable, demonstrate initiative, flexible, and maintain confidentiality, accurate, creative and courteous.
