Talent Acquisition Sourcer Sales (EMEA Region) - Krakow Poland - 6 month FTC

Job Summary:

We are seeking a focused and results-driven Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support our BPO recruitment efforts across the EMEA region. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of top-tier sales talent for both inbound and outbound BPO campaigns. Youll play a critical role in enabling recruiters and hiring managers to meet aggressive hiring goals by delivering high-quality, sales-driven candidates in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the sales recruitment lifecycle, thrives in talent research, and is experienced in sourcing across multilingual and regional markets. You will be based in Krakow (3 days office / 2 days home)

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with sales recruiters and hiring teams to define target candidate profiles for roles such as Telesales Agents, Inside Sales Reps, Lead Generation Specialists, Account Managers, and Sales Team Leads.
Source and engage multilingual sales professionals across key EMEA locations
Use advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, CV databases, and talent mapping to find qualified candidates.
Conduct proactive outreach to both active and passive candidates, generating interest in BPO sales opportunities and pre-qualifying them for recruiter handoff.
Screen for key sales competencies such as persuasion, resilience, target-orientation, and objection handling.
Build and maintain pipelines for different EMEA regions and languages (e.g., English, French, Arabic, German, Spanish, Dutch).
Track sourcing activity and pipeline movement using ATS and/or recruitment CRM tools.
Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing metrics (e.g., contact rate, response rate, conversion rate, qualified submissions).
Support virtual sourcing campaigns, recruitment marketing initiatives, and hiring events where needed.

Requirements:

12+ years of experience in sourcing, research, or recruitment with a focus on sales or commercial roles; experience in a BPO environment is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of sales role requirements in a BPO context, including voice-based outbound sales, lead generation, upselling, and cross-selling.
Proven ability to source and engage candidates in multiple EMEA markets, especially for multilingual roles.
Hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, CV databases, and job boards relevant to EMEA (e.g., Bayt, Jobberman, Reed, StepStone).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple pipelines at once.
Comfortable working with global, remote teams in fast-paced, target-driven environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience hiring for international B2B/B2C sales campaigns
Understanding of sales KPIs and competencies (e.g., conversion rates, quotas, AHT, etc.).
Background in sourcing for voice-based or outbound sales roles is a strong advantage.
Familiarity with ATS platforms and CRM tools
Fluency in an additional EMEA language (French, German, Arabic, Spanish, etc.) is a plus.
