Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and personable Bartender to join our team in Ft Worth, TX. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, crafting quality beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized bar environment. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and enjoy creating memorable experiences for guests, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customer warmly, take orders accurately, make drink recommendations, handle complaints professionally, and ensure every guest has a positive experience.
  • Beverage Preparation: Mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, craft cocktails according to recipes or customer preferences, garnish drinks appropriately, and maintain high drink quality standards.
  • Bar Operations: Clean and organize the bar area, wash glassware, restock supplies including ice, garnishes, and liquor to ensure smooth service.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, place orders for supplies as needed, and rotate products to maintain freshness and reduce waste.
  • Financial Transactions: Handle cash and credit card payments, operate POS systems efficiently, and manage customer tabs accurately.
