Job description

The Role
 
We are seeking talented operations and intelligence professionals experienced in the Palantir platform to join our team. As a Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst, you will be on the front lines assisting Palantir's implementation teams to support and strengthen the unique partnerships with Palantir's client's user base. You will work side-by-side with analysts to train and mentor users, test and troubleshoot technical issues, develop new Palantir use cases, all while solving unique and challenging problems. This may take the form of embedding with users across the world as well as downloading your insights directly with Palantir team members in our offices. Lastly, you will help facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise while ensuring our customers' continued success. Come help solve the world's hardest problems.
Core Responsibilities
    • Provide desk-side training to analysts
    • Train analysts/operators in a classroom setting
    • Embed with user groups to deeply understand workflows
    • Proactively develop relationships with users at customer site and surface use case gaps
    • Build initial dashboard products and assist users with building questions
    • Remain current and up to date on latest platform features and capabilities
    • Staff the Help Desk by responding to user requests and work with the Palantir engineering team to troubleshoot issues
    • Provide timely and detailed feedback to the Palantir engineering team about product
    • Consistently communicate product or user issues to the Palantir team
What We Value
    • Prior experience with Palantir platforms required (i.e. Palantir Foundry, Gotham, Gaia, etc.). Recent and in-depth hands-on experience with Palantir platforms highly preferred.
    • Military/Special Operation/Law Enforcement experience is highly preferred
    • Experience briefing high-level military stakeholders is highly preferred
    • Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations
    • Technical background with working knowledge of Python, Java, and/or JavaScript/typescript
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to break down, explain, and demonstrate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Ability to travel domestically and internationally 25% of the time if needed
