The Field Service Lightning Technical Lead/ Senior Developer should be able to help drive the FSL implementation being done by TCS.
He/she should help build solutions on Salesforce that fully leverage standard out-of-the-box functionality as well as custom solutions where appropriate with the goal of keeping the platform as standard and scalable as possible.
He/she should have excellent understanding of Salesforce platform configuration and development.
He/she should also possess strong communication and influence skills to discuss, interact and collaborate with both technical team members and business stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities - Provide technical leadership and guidance for FSL implementations and/or customizations including systems integrations, 3rd party applications, AppExchange products, and custom Lightning development
- Provide technical leadership, setting best practices (e.g., integration and application development, deployment, testing, iterative refinement) to junior developers
- Provide the necessary guidance to estimate user stories
- Clarify any ambiguity with the user story requirements and baseline the estimation
- Provide technical leadership, guidance and co-ordination for development, integration, data management, and application testing.
- Collaborate with other technical and non-technical team members, clients, and vendors to define, build, and deliver solutions.
- Working with customers to analyze and resolve Salesforce and FSL product related issues/requirements
- Participate in the full software development life cycle from technical design to development, testing and deployment
- Design and develop solutions that best leverage the Salesforce FSL features to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, business requirements and customer goals
- Participate in technical design discussions, develop technical solution documentation that is aligned with business objectives.
- Develop, test, and document custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of FSL implementation.
Salary Range-$100,000-$130,000 a year
