Job Description :
PFB the JD for a Salesforce FSM SME Lead & Salesforce FSL Architect. We are looking to fulfill both the roles; remote is ok. Timezone CST
Business-Facing Lead: Act as the primary bridge between Telco business stakeholders and the technical delivery team.
Phase 0 Strategy: Lead discovery workshops to map "To-Be" processes for fiber, 5G, and maintenance operations.
Define functional requirements for the MuleSoft team to connect FSL with legacy OSS/BSS systems
Define MVP scope and build the functional roadmap for a national-scale workforce.
Design territory, resource, and scheduling logic from scratch (Greenfield).
Create User Stories and functional specs for complex work order lifecycles.
Develop a Mobile UX strategy for offline-first technician workflows.
FSL Expert: 2+ full-lifecycle FSL implementations (Salesforce Certified Field Service Consultant required).
Telco Specialist: Deep knowledge of Truck Roll logistics, fiber/network maintenance, and Business process frameworks.
Proven experience working alongside MuleSoft architects to define API-led data contracts.
Ability to influence stakeholders and manage operational change
