ADMINISTRATOR FOR SKILLED NURSING

Wage based on experience from $140k

The Holgate Community is seeking an experienced and dedicated Licensed Administrator to join our excellent and talented team who provide excellent care to our residents in Friendship Health Center, a 100-bed licensed Skilled Nursing Facility.

The Holgate Community has been providing a continuum of care for over 100 years.  We are in a beautiful neighborhood in Southeast Portland. This position is perfect for an individual with strong leadership skills, personable, excellent listener and communicator.  Someone who likes to guide and be part of the team and knowledgeable of the laws for providing care to our residents.

Qualifications:

  • A valid, unrestricted Nursing Home Administrator’s license in Oregon.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Masters degree in Health Administration is preferred.
  • Must have at least three (3) years of experience in a supervisory role in a hospital, nursing home, or other related health care facility.
  • Knowledgeable of skilled nursing home regulations, procedures, laws, regulations and guidelines pertaining to a SNF.
