Communication with MBM Core

  • Receive and manage regular updates on FS products, programs, and new initiatives.
  • Act as the communication bridge to ensure accurate and timely sharing of information with internal stakeholders and dealers.
  • Review and identify new training requirements from MBM Core; establish and manage Service Level Agreements (SLA) for training execution.

Communication with MB Authorized Partners (Dealers)

  • Lead strategic discussions with showroom managers to align FS training priorities with sales performance needs.
  • Collect and synthesize field insights and feedback from sales consultants to enhance training content and product understanding.
  • Conduct operational discussions with Financial Managers to support seamless FS processes and capability development.

FS Training Content Development

  • Develop and update training materials for:
    • FS Product: IR, OL, FL, Loyalty, Retention
    • Credit & underwriting basics
    • Campaigns, programs, and related sales activation
    • Create role-based job profile training (e.g., C-Sales)
    • Build Induction/Basic FS Training for new joiners.
    • Adapt FS training content into GTLS framework for standardized global/local training delivery.
