GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The Inside Sales Representative – Fruit Solutions (Blending/Dry Division) is responsible for supporting both internal and external business development efforts to help the Fruit Solutions division consistently achieve sales goals. This division specializes in fruit juice purees, blending, dry fruit powders and chips, oils, and essences. The role serves as a key link between internal departments and customers, helping ensure strong communication, excellent customer experience, and high levels of customer satisfaction.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (may include but not limited to)

  • Provide internal sales coordination and cross-functional support to help drive customer sales growth, with a particular focus on the Fruit Solutions division.
  • Work in alignment with the Account Executive- Fruit Solutions (Blending/Dry Division) & Account Executive – Fruit Juice (Beverage Division) to routinely achieve company sales targets.
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication among FruitSmart departments to meet customer needs effectively.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
  • Grow sales with existing customer base by enhancing current service and product variety to existing customer base.
  • Support sales forecasting and production planning activities.
  • Manage sales-related functions within the ERP system (DAX), including inventory allocation and sales agreements.
  • Support active management of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool, Monday.com.
  • Oversee select house accounts.
  • Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed and perform other duties as assigned.

WORK EXPERIENCE & PERSONAL SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • Customer service oriented with strong telephone, computer, and multi-tasking skills
  • Preferably four or more years of experience in the ingredient, beverage, or food processing industry.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Growth mindset and the ability to identify opportunities and solutions.
  • Self-motivated
  • Team player
  • Well versed in various computer systems, MS Office programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Monday.com, ERP Systems (DAX).

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • College Degree (Preferred)
  • High School Diploma
