The team leads the growth and transformation of Frozen Food category by delivering innovative, health-conscious products that emphasize quality, value, and convenience. They focus on advancing category performance, increasing member engagement, and supporting sustainable growth. Utilizing strong category strategy, financial management, and supplier collaboration, the team drives business plans and adapts to market trends. They foster a results-oriented environment that encourages continuous improvement, data-driven decision-making, and effective team management to meet evolving customer needs and achieve long-term success.
What you'll do:
  • Develop and execute category strategies aligned with long-term business objectives and market trends.
  • Manage profit and loss responsibilities, including pricing, promotions, and inventory decisions to meet financial targets.
  • Lead supplier negotiations, establish performance metrics, and oversee supplier relationships to ensure category profitability.
  • Drive channel strategy decisions and collaborate with supply chain to optimize product availability and customer experience.
