Role Description The Regional Sales Manager – Vehicle Service Contracts is a contract, on-site role based in the United States, responsible for driving sales growth within an assigned territory. This role includes prospecting and onboarding new automotive dealerships, independent repair facilities, and related partners. The Regional Sales Manager will conduct in-person sales presentations, product trainings, and performance reviews with dealership leadership and frontline sales staff. Day-to-day tasks include managing a territory sales pipeline, scheduling and completing client visits, negotiating pricing and program structures, and providing ongoing support to ensure product adoption and customer satisfaction. The role also involves monitoring market trends, gathering competitive intelligence, preparing sales reports and forecasts, and collaborating with internal teams to refine offerings and ensure smooth implementation.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in business development, territory management, and B2B relationship building, ideally within automotive, finance and insurance (F&I), or related service contract industries.
  • Proven consultative sales skills, including prospecting, conducting needs assessments, delivering persuasive presentations, and closing new business with dealership decision-makers.
  • Experience training and coaching dealership staff or similar sales teams on product features, sales techniques, and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to analyze sales performance, interpret basic financial and program metrics, and use data to drive account strategy and territory planning.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal capabilities across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Comfort working independently in the field, managing schedules, prioritizing visits, and traveling regularly within the assigned region.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus, with a commitment to ethical selling and long-term client partnerships.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, office productivity software, and digital communication platforms to manage accounts and reporting.
  • Previous experience in vehicle service contracts, warranty products, or automotive retail/F&I is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant sales experience
