As pioneers in the industry, we are driven by a relentless commitment to excellence.

Position Summary
Frontline Managed Services is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to design and execute go-to-market plays and integrated campaigns that increase market awareness, generate demand, and support pipeline growth.
This role will translate GTM strategy into actionable programs for priority services, solutions, market segments, and growth initiatives. The Senior Growth Marketing Manager will own the process from market research and audience segmentation through campaign strategy, content development, launch, measurement, and optimization.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and can work effectively across marketing, sales, delivery leaders, partners, and external agencies.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute GTM plays and integrated campaigns to drive brand awareness and demand for full portfolio of services.

  • Conduct customer, market, and competitive research to identify buyer needs, market opportunities, buying triggers, and areas of differentiation.

  • Define target segments, buyer personas, customer journeys, campaign audiences, channel strategies, offers, and success metrics.

  • Translate GTM strategy into detailed tactical plans, including messaging, content, channels, timelines, budgets, and conversion paths.

  • Develop positioning, value propositions, campaign messaging, and buyer-focused narratives that connect Frontline's capabilities to meaningful law firm outcomes.

  • Create and manage campaign content and collateral, including emails, landing pages, presentations, solution briefs, case studies, sales tools, thought leadership, webinars, event materials, and digital advertising.

  • Execute account-based campaigns across paid search, social media, email, content, events, webinars, partner channels, and sales outreach working with internal operations teams and agency partners.

  • Manage and develop the SDR team, including setting priorities, aligning outreach with GTM campaigns, establishing performance expectations, monitoring results, and optimizing prospecting and follow-up strategies to improve engagement, meeting conversion, and pipeline creation.

  • Equip sales, SDR, and client experience teams with campaign briefs, messaging, content, target account guidance, and follow-up strategies.

  • Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, budgets, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.

  • Track campaign and funnel performance, including engagement, lead generation, conversion, pipeline contribution, and channel effectiveness.

  • Use performance data and market feedback to optimize audiences, messaging, offers, content, channels, and campaign execution.

  • Maintain a working knowledge of customer needs, competitive developments, industry trends, and portfolio priorities.

Qualifications
  • 8-12 or more years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, product marketing, portfolio marketing, or go-to-market campaign management.

  • Experience developing and executing integrated B2B campaigns for technology, managed services, professional services, or other complex offerings.

  • Strong experience with market research, segmentation, buyer journeys, positioning, messaging, campaign planning, and content development.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate business and GTM strategy into practical, executable marketing programs.

  • Hands-on experience creating campaign content, sales collateral, digital assets, and executive-ready presentations.

  • Experience activating campaigns across paid, digital, content, event, partner, and sales channels.

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple teams, stakeholders, and deliverables.

  • Experience using campaign and pipeline data to evaluate performance and recommend improvements.

  • Strong writing, communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

  • Experience in IT services, managed services, cybersecurity, or the legal industry is a plus.
