Tiger's Trail RV Resort is seeking motivated, friendly, and reliable individuals to join our team. If you enjoy working in a friendly, outdoor hospitality environment and take pride in providing excellent guest experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

Full-Time Front Desk Associate

As the first point of contact for our guests, the Front Desk Associate plays a key role in creating a welcoming and positive campground experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries
  • Manage reservations and campground bookings
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Provide information about campground amenities, policies, and local attractions
  • Assist with general office and administrative tasks
  • Maintain a clean and organized front office area

Requirements

  • Must pass background check
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • General computer skills and comfort learning reservation software
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous office, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is a plus
