Full-Time Front Desk Associate
As the first point of contact for our guests, the Front Desk Associate plays a key role in creating a welcoming and positive campground experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out
- Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries
- Manage reservations and campground bookings
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Provide information about campground amenities, policies, and local attractions
- Assist with general office and administrative tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized front office area
Requirements
- Must pass background check
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- General computer skills and comfort learning reservation software
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Previous office, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is a plus
