EEM is seeking a mission-minded Web Developer & Digital Solutions Specialist to join our growing Digital Solutions team. The primary focus of this position is developing, maintaining, and improving EEM’s WordPress websites, including:
The role will also contribute to internal application development, integrations and automation, CRM and data support, and internal IT systems and support across EEM.
This is an entry to mid-level opportunity with hands‑on mentoring, professional development, and increasing technical ownership. The ideal candidate is a versatile problem-solver who enjoys building reliable solutions, helping people, learning new technologies, and working across a variety of digital systems.
Deep CRM administration and donor analytics experience are helpful but not required.

This role is more than building websites and applications. Your work will help churches, ministry partners, donors, and staff participate more effectively in providing God’s Word to people who are already asking for it.
You will receive hands‑on mentoring, collaborate with an international ministry team, work across a wide variety of technologies, and have meaningful opportunities to grow as a developer and digital‑solutions professional.
Pay Range: $65,000 - $75,000 annually.
Final pay will be based on experience, qualifications, skills, and location, where permitted by law.
