Job description

Position: Full Stack Developer - JavaScript & React
Location: Mountain View, CA- 2 days per week onsite & others days remote
Duration: 6 months + (likely long term extensions)
Project Description:
Utilize frontend and backend technical experience to interact regularly with fellow frontend and backend engineers, product managers, web marketers, and UX teams to ensure we deliver exceptional and personalized web experiences for our customers, strong results for our business, in a high-performing environment. Work cross-functionally with various marketing stakeholders as well as data teams and engineers across the organization to design, develop, test, deploy impactful web experiences to help drive growth. Responsible for tracks of the content lifecycle to retirement, scoping requirements to new web experiences. Ensure interlock between marketing strategy, XD, product development, and analysts. Troubleshoot site problems and fix incorrect content data as needed. Ensure product information, content, and images are displayed correctly. Identify functional requirements for quality assurance testing to reduce engineering dependencies. Help build web standards and best practices guidance.
Required Experience:
  • 6+ years of experience in full stack web engineering and/or product development.
  • Strong hands-on experience building/working large and complex client-facing web applications using JavaScript, React, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Create React components and JavaScript; use atoms and molecules to stitch together React components (backend)
  • Experience in using customer data and models to create dynamic content personalization experiences is a PLUS
  • Knowledge of database management of how user data will be collected and stored within a website or application to develop personalized web experiences.
  • Knowledge and/or working experience working with cloud technologies (AWS preferable)
  • Experience with any Content Management System (CMS)
  • Understanding of Agile development including daily scrum and weekly iteration reviews and planning.
  • Experience with Quality Automation frameworks.
  • Solid communication and written skills: ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
