Salary Range: $100,000-$120,000/Year
Role: Front End Technical Lead with Angular
Location: Blue Ash, OH
Job Description
  • 5+ years of front-end development experience (JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS).
  • 2+ years of Angular experience with strong understanding of framework principles (components, modules, routing, forms, RxJS/state patterns).
  • 2+ years experience as a Technical Lead (delegation, mentoring, architecture, delivery ownership from inception to release).
  • Ability to understand and integrate with back-end RESTful APIs (including troubleshooting contract issues).
  • Experience building and shipping multiple large software products using Agile methodologies.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills (engineering, product, analysts, stakeholders).
  • Experience with sustainable engineering practices: automated testing, CI/CD, and monitoring/alerting (as applicable to the UI).
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Hands-on player/coach responsible for front-end architecture, delivery, and technical execution across the team.
  • Own code quality standards (code reviews, maintainable patterns, testing expectations) and ensure work is broken down into incremental, releasable stories.
  • Partner with PO, designers, and backend teams to plan integration and deliver end-to-end experiences.
