Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to contribute to a Master Data Management (MDM) project, focused on managing and optimizing account data using Snowflake, PostgreSQL, Bizagi, and Appian BPM. This role requires expertise in ETL development, UI testing, data governance, and Business Process Management (BPM) to ensure the successful transformation and management of account information across multiple systems.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and manage ETL processes for extracting, transforming, and loading account data into Snowflake and PostgreSQL, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of the data.
Integrate various data sources with Snowflake, PostgreSQL, Bizagi, and Appian BPM, enabling efficient and seamless data flow across the organization for Master Data Management processes.
Implement and validate data accuracy and integrity checks during ETL operations, maintaining consistency and completeness of account data.
Develop and design front-end UI screens for users to correct and update account information, ensuring an intuitive and user-friendly experience.
Perform comprehensive UI testing to ensure that the developed screens meet functional and usability requirements, are defect-free, and offer seamless user interaction.
Optimize the performance and scalability of the Snowflake data warehouse for efficient querying and storage of large volumes of account data.
Manage and maintain PostgreSQL databases, ensuring smooth integration with Snowflake, Bizagi, and Appian BPM for effective data management and retrieval.
Implement data governance practices to ensure data quality, security, and compliance with industry standards and regulations across the MDM system.
Provide real-time access to accurate account information via Snowflake, enabling business users to make informed decisions and generate timely reports.
Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and data governance teams to gather requirements, deliver data insights, and ensure the successful implementation of MDM solutions.
Develop and optimize Bizagi and Appian BPM workflows for automating and improving data management processes related to account data correction and updates.
Requirements:
Proven experience in ETL development and data integration, particularly with Snowflake, PostgreSQL, Bizagi, and Appian BPM.
Strong understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) principles and practices.
Hands-on experience in designing front-end UI screens for data correction and management.
Proficiency in UI testing, ensuring the functionality, usability, and reliability of the developed interfaces.
Experience with Bizagi and Appian BPM in designing and automating workflows to support data management and process optimization.
Experience with data governance practices and ensuring compliance with data security and regulatory standards.
Familiarity with optimizing performance and scalability of Snowflake and other data platforms.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
