Familiarity with build tools, version control systems (such as Git), CI/CD pipelines, and often certifications in cloud platforms or frontend technologies are highly valued. What is a Frontend Architect?

A Frontend Architect is a senior-level software professional responsible for designing and overseeing the structure, scalability, and performance of the front-end (user interface) of web or mobile applications. They make key decisions about frameworks, coding standards, and best practices to ensure seamless user experiences and maintainable codebases. Frontend Architects collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver robust and efficient applications. Their role often includes mentoring developers, optimizing workflows, and staying updated with the latest technologies in user interface development.

Will AI replace front-end dev?
