Job description


We are looking for an experienced Front Office Manager. This leadership position involves overseeing front desk operations, ensuring Forbes-level service, and stepping in as Manager on Duty when the General Manager is absent.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Act as Manager on Duty in the GM's absence.
โ€ข Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse front office team (Bell Staff, Butlers, Room Service, Night Audit).
โ€ข Deliver an exceptional guest experience, aligned with Forbes Five-Star standards.
โ€ข Handle scheduling, payroll, and performance reviews for front office staff.
โ€ข Collaborate daily with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
โ€ข Conduct regular property walkthroughs to uphold safety, cleanliness, and guest preparedness.
โ€ข Address guest concerns promptly to guarantee satisfaction and retention.
โ€ข Maintain accurate guest and billing records via the PMS.
โ€ข Assist the GM in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L reviews.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of front office or hotel leadership experience, ideally in luxury or boutique settings.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in PMS systems, Microsoft Office; familiarity with guest satisfaction tools a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
