NOW HIRING: Front Desk / Switchboard Operator
Olsten Staffing is currently hiring for a Front Desk / Switchboard Operator position at a busy Pediatric Office in Florence, SC!
Pay: $ 13.00/hour
Paid Weekly
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Hours: 8:15 AM - 5:00 PM
Half Day Fridays: Off at 12:00 PM
Responsibilities:
  • Answer and route incoming calls through a multi-line switchboard
  • Greet patients and visitors in a professional manner
  • Schedule appointments and provide general office support
  • Maintain patient confidentiality
  • Assist with administrative and customer service duties
Requirements: ✔ Previous Call Center Experience Required
✔ Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
✔ Excellent customer service skills
✔ Basic computer proficiency
✔ Professional appearance and demeanor
✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
