Job description

Position Overview: The Office Assistant manages all essential administrative and customer support functions, including scheduling sanitation and septic work, processing customer payments, and fielding inquiries from both customers and drivers. The Office Assistant utilizes advanced knowledge of our software and systems.

Customer Service & Scheduling:

  • Provide excellent customer service in all interactions (phone, email, website, in-person). Communicate professionally with customers to book, schedule, collect payment, answer questions, or trouble shoot.
  • Answer questions and provide assistance to customers, drivers, and other staff.

Financial & Administrative Tasks:

  • Receive and process customer payments accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Utilize advanced knowledge of relevant software systems (including Trainual, Service Core, Service Titan). Compile and manage various required reports.

Special Projects & Support:

  • Support the entire staff to meet company goals and provide exemplary service.
  • Complete special projects assigned by the Administrative Manager or Leadership Team.
