Job Description:

As a Front of House Manager, you will work under the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to oversee daily front-of-house operations. You will lead the service team during shifts, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and maintain high standards for service, cleanliness, and efficiency.

This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives on the floor, enjoys coaching teams in real time, and takes pride in delivering consistent, high-level service.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage front-of-house operations during service, ensuring smooth and efficient execution
  • Supervise and support hosts, servers, bartenders, food runners, and bussers
  • Ensure all guests receive attentive, high-quality service throughout their experience
  • Monitor dining room flow, table pacing, and section balance
  • Handle guest feedback, concerns, and service recovery with professionalism
  • Train, coach, and develop team members to meet service standards
  • Assist with onboarding and ongoing training of new hires
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service areas
  • Support scheduling, shift planning, and labor management as directed by GM/AGM
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health regulations, and safety standards
  • Collaborate with kitchen leadership to ensure alignment between front and back of house
  • Assist with execution of private dining, events, and promotions
  • Complete opening and closing managerial duties, including reporting and shift recaps

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in a full-service restaurant
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
