Hiring Now: React JS Lead Onsite in Las Vegas, NV (C2C or Full-Time)

Location: Las Vegas, NV Onsite
Engagement: Open to C2C & Full-Time
Role: React JS Lead

We are looking for a hands-on React JS Lead who can drive UI development, lead technical decisions, and deliver high-performance front-end solutions for enterprise-grade applications. This is a leadership role with deep involvement in architecture, development, and stakeholder collaboration.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead development of modern, scalable web applications using React.js

  • Define front-end best practices, performance standards, reusable libraries and components

  • Collaborate with backend, product, and UX teams to shape end-to-end user experience

  • Own code quality, reviews, and technical delivery

  • Troubleshoot UI issues, optimize application load/performance

  • Mentor a cross-functional engineering team


Required Skills & Experience Core Skills
  • 8+ years of front-end engineering experience

  • Strong proficiency in React.js, Hooks, Redux, Context API

  • Experience with TypeScript, ES6+, REST APIs, JSON

  • Strong working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive UI, UI state management

Bonus Skills
  • Knowledge of Next.js or Node.js

  • Experience integrating with Microservices

  • Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, cloud deployment environments
