If you have experience leading teams, dependable, people-focused, and love keeping things running smoothly — this is your place to shine.WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Be the first friendly face our patients see.
  • Educate patients on the affordability of our plans
  • Present & enroll new patients into our membership or package plans.
  • Keep the clinic organized — check-ins, scheduling, payments, and patient flow.
  • Train new hires and work in collaboration with our Marketer on Lead Conversion
  • Troubleshoot small stuff (Wi-Fi down? printer jam? you’ve got it handled).
  • Help with window signage, supplies, cleanliness, and online reputation..
  • Assisting with the cleanliness of the clinic and spa like atmosphere for our customers
You’ll work closely with the Clinic Director and Doctor to keep the day flowing and patients happy.WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
