Job Summary:
The Front Desk Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the front desk to ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process, exceptional guest service, and the overall satisfaction of all guests. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a passion for hospitality. The Front Desk Supervisor acts as a key liaison between the front desk team and management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support front desk agents in all daily front office operations.
• Ensure efficient and professional handling of guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and inquiries.
• Resolve guest concerns or complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
• Train, coach, and motivate front desk staff; provide feedback and performance evaluations.
• Monitor front desk supplies and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments as needed.
• Assist in creating staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
• Perform front desk duties as needed during peak times or staff shortages.
• Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and guest accounts.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and securely.
• Prepare and communicate daily shift reports and handovers.
Qualifications:
