At the Fairfield Inn & Suites, Hartford Airport, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional hospitality and memorable guest experiences. We're looking for a motivated and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to lead our front desk team and ensure smooth daily operations.
Position Overview:
As the Front Desk Supervisor, you will assist in overseeing the front desk staff, coordinate guest services, and ensure excellent customer service standards. You'll be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and resolving any issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support front desk staff to maintain high standards of service.
  • Provide front desk coverage
  • Manage daily front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
  • Train and mentor front desk team members.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to ensure guest satisfaction.
