Bell Person

Position Summary
As a Team Member of the Hotel Operations team, the Bell Person is a CRCR Ambassador and takes personal ownership to ensure all of their actions are in the best interest of the business. A Bell Person is responsible for providing exceptional Guest service, including but not limited to courtesy, sincerity, and enthusiasm to all Guests of the property. 

Position Functions
Essential Functions
•    Follow all AAA Four Diamond standards.
•    Assist Guests with their luggage during check-in and check-out.
•    Greet Guests during arrival and departure.
•    Retrieve and verify Guest luggage.
•    Escort Guests as necessary.
•    Describe room amenities and inform Guests of daily CRCR activities.
•    Assist in parking cars, and driving to pick up our VIP Guests when needed.
•    Assist the Front Desk with answering phones, Guest inquiries, and other needs as business dictates.
•    Stock with supplies as needed. 
•    Direct Guests toward parking, have extensive knowledge of CRCR and all surrounding areas, give directions, answer questions, and make deliveries.
•    Maintain cleanliness and safety of lobby and entryway.
•    Foster teamwork and act as a role model using a consistent, approachable demeanor and clearly articulating information. 
•    Recognize and acknowledge all arriving and returning and VIP Guests and groups.
•    Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Minimum requirements:
•    Must be at least 18 years of age.
•    6+ months of experience in hospitality.
•    Basic math skills. 

Preferred qualifications:
•    1+ years in hospitality.
•    Proficiency in Hospitality Management software such as Hotsos, Opera, Infor, or similar software.
•    Bilingual is a plus.
