Location: Miami, FL 33137 and surrounding Miami areas
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Position: Unarmed Security Officer
Employment Type: Part-Time and Full-Time Positions Available
License Required: Valid Florida Class D Security License
Language Requirement: Spanish required

Are you a professional, reliable Security Officer who takes pride in providing excellent customer service?

We are hiring experienced Unarmed Security Officers to work at luxury residential communities and high-rise properties in Miami, including areas near 33137, Downtown Miami, Miami Beach, and Brickell.

This is an excellent opportunity for security professionals with experience in luxury condominiums, high-rise residential buildings, hotels, concierge security, access control, or customer service.

SECURITY OFFICER RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide professional, white-glove security and customer service to residents, guests, and visitors
  • Monitor and secure building entrances, lobbies, garages, amenities, and exterior areas
  • Conduct routine patrols and security checks
  • Monitor CCTV cameras, alarms, and access control systems
  • Manage visitor access, vendors, contractors, deliveries, and building traffic
  • Respond professionally to incidents, alarms, and emergencies
  • Enforce property rules and security procedures
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment
  • Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and security logs
  • Communicate effectively with residents, management, emergency personnel, and team members
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3–5 years of security experience required
  • Valid Florida Class D Security License required
  • Spanish required
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Experience in luxury residential, condominium, high-rise, concierge, or hotel security strongly preferred
  • Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable and dependable
  • Ability to remain professional and calm in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable transportation preferred
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Candidates with experience in the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply:
