Spavia Day Spa Lowry | Denver, CO 80230

Join our busy, independently-owned luxury spa, which proudly boasts a loyal membership base, as our next Front Desk and Sales Associate.

Compensation & Schedule


  • Base Pay: $20-$22/hour
  • Additional Earnings: Membership sales commissions, retail sales, and performance bonuses
  • Work Hours: 30-32 hours per week
  • Shift Details: Shifts are typically 6-8 hours; weekend and evening availability is preferred

Your Role & Responsibilities


  • Warmly greet and check in guests at the front desk
  • Confidently present and sell spa memberships; tackle any questions or objections
  • Recommend retail products and help guests build simple at-home wellness routines
  • Manage appointments, scheduling, and waitlists
  • Conduct follow-ups with guest, lapsed members, and post-visit guests via phone, text, and email
  • Ensure the reception area, locker room, and retail floor are polished and guest-ready
  • Handle cash operations, open and close the spa, and support day-to-day functions
