The Lash Lounge® at Old Alabama Square in Johns Creek GA is an upscale eyelash salon looking for a dynamic / experienced Full Time Front Desk Sales Associate. The Front Desk Sales Associate is a pivotal position within the salon as they provide the first and last impression our clients receive when coming to The Lash Lounge. The Front Desk Associate must provide exemplary customer service to all Lash Lounge guests and ensure that their experience in our salon meets our "Gold Standard". We take pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere and dedicated to providing the best Lash Lounge experience for every guest leaving them feeling confident and cared for. This position is an integral component to the livelihood of the salon and contributing to the overall culture and reputation that is conveyed to our clients. This candidate must be highly motivated, able to multi-task with ease, possess excellent client service skills and exceptional attention to detail. We value our positive work environment and fun culture, and we are looking for the right candidate who will contribute to fostering this along with our team. This position will report directly to the owner.

Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To
  • Manage the appointment scheduling for Lash Lounge clients and proper handling of incoming and outgoing calls with the expected "Gold Standard" customer service level.
  • Educate clients on the products/services being offered including after care.
  • Manage the proper tracking and input of client records into the salon software with correct client lead source and promotional codes.
  • Manage an organized work area, the preparation and filing of the client charts, intake forms, consultation forms, after care hand-outs, package purchase agreements, and all other forms as needed.
  • Be proficient and educated in working the POS software, sales transactions of clients for services and retail items, and manage the end of day cash drawer reconciliation.
  • Meet or exceed sales weekly and monthly sales objectives through product and membership sales
  • Resolve issues such as scheduling conflicts or mishaps, product returns, customer complaints, and general salon maintenance to keep everything running and looking its best.
  • Aide in the cleanliness of the salon including stocking the retail area, merchandising area, picking up trash, sweeping, cleaning, dusting, and whatever is required to keep the salon looking top-notch.
  • Complete ALL required Lash Lounge training within time frame specified.
  • Assist with promotional events on site at the salon or off site events to help market, promote and build brand awareness/trial /traffic.
  • Other duties as prescribed
