What You'll Be Doing

As a Front Desk (CBX) staff member, you'll be the face of CYCLEBAR, ensuring every guest has a seamless and enjoyable experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
  • Assisting with class check-ins and ensuring a smooth flow of operations.
  • Providing information about our services and answering customer inquiries.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the studio.
  • Assisting with studio setup, which includes the ability to lift at least 30 lbs.
  • Supporting the team with additional tasks as needed to ensure a top-notch experience for all.

  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-service oriented.
  • Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting up to 30 lbs.
