Front Desk Receptionist - The Club at Wynstone

We are seeking Part-Time Front Desk Receptionists to serve as the hospitable presence at The Club at Wynstone!

Employment Type: Part-Time Regular

Wage $16 an hour

Approximately 10-20 hours weekly, including evenings, weekends, and select holidays

Job Description:

  • Cordially greet members and guests upon arrival at the Club's front desk, directing them accordingly.
  • Answer incoming calls with courtesy, transferring them to the appropriate individual or department.
  • Monitor Receptionist emails, responding promptly or redirecting to the relevant personnel.
  • Inform staff of scheduled meeting arrivals.
  • Utilize Club software to manage dining and event reservations, as well as to place to-go and delivery food orders.
  • Administer surveys and distribute daily updates.
  • Design buffet cards using Canva (design platform).
  • Manage incoming mail, sorting and distributing it to the designated recipient or department, including packages received at the front desk.
  • Oversee Coat Check and undertake Host/Hostess responsibilities during significant events.
  • Stay informed about Club Events, menu offerings, and operating hours.
  • Strive to memorize the names of members and their families for personalized greetings.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk.
  • Perform additional tasks as delegated by department managers.

Requirements:

  • Capable of sitting for extended periods.
  • Present a professional appearance.
  • Proficiency with technology and digital tools: Microsoft 365/Outlook, Point of Sale System (Club Essential) and Canva
