Job Description: We are seeking a professional and highly organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for employees, government personnel, vendors, and visitors. The ideal candidate will maintain a professional front-office environment while supporting facility security protocols, visitor control procedures, and administrative operations in accordance with federal and company regulations.
This position requires exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, discretion with sensitive information, and the ability to work in a security-conscious environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and screen visitors, clients, contractors, and government personnel in accordance with facility access procedures.
  • Verify identification, maintain visitor logs, issue badges, and coordinate escort requirements.
  • Answer and route incoming calls using professional phone etiquette.
  • Maintain front desk security awareness and notify appropriate personnel of unauthorized access attempts or security concerns.
  • Coordinate conference room scheduling and visitor meetings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries in compliance with company procedures.
  • Support administrative functions including filing, document preparation, scanning, data entry, and records management.
  • Ensure lobby and reception areas remain professional, organized, and secure.
  • Support emergency procedures and accountability processes during drills or incidents.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 2 years of receptionist, administrative assistant, or front desk experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
  • Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced, security-focused environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Ability to successfully pass background screening and drug testing.
