Job description

Busy children’s gymnastic school is seeking an enthusiastic, friendly and experienced addition to our front desk staff. Must enjoy being around and working with children.

The successful candidate must have a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills and be able to multi-task. Being organized, dependable and professional with excellent oral and written skills are necessary. 4+ years of front desk experienced preferred.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Customer interactions, including answering phones and emails, enrolling students, sales

Staff support – including assisting coaches, when needed, for brief child supervision

Copying, filing, data entry

Adhering to all company safety protocols

COVID-19 considerations:

All customers and staff are temperature checked required to wear a mask and social distance. All staff are vaccinated.
