What is a front desk manager?

A front desk manager works in a customer service capacity in an office, hotel, hospital, retail store, casino, or similar business. As a front desk manager, your main job duties include overseeing the front desk staff, including receptionists and other customer service workers, making guests feel welcomed, and resolving any customer issues. Customer service and communications skills are essential in this career, and having management experience is helpful.
