Job description

We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations and ensuring excellent customer service.

Duties:

- Manage the front desk area and ensure it is organized and presentable
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls appropriately
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping
- Provide support to other staff members as needed

Experience:

- IN SALON SOFTWARE is a plus
- Strong customer support skills
