If you‘ve previously had a healthy pregnancy and live birth, you may qualify to become a gestational
surrogate with Patriot Conceptions.


We are currently looking for qualified candidates. Surrogates can receive up to $120K+ in total
compensation and benefits, with actual compensation based on experience, location, insurance, and journey
details.


The first step is a short eligibility check. Candidates who meet the initial requirements can then speak with a
coordinator about compensation, timeline, screening, matching, and what to expect before deciding whether
to continue.
