Front Desk Agent

The Front Desk Agent is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service by creating a welcoming first impression and ensuring a seamless guest experience from arrival through departure. This role assists guests with check-in and check-out procedures, reservations, billing, and guest requests while maintaining brand standards and promoting a positive hospitality experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Welcome and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and reservations in a warm, friendly, and efficient manner.
  2. Secure payments, verify billing information, and process billing adjustments as needed.
  3. Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
  4. Provide accurate information regarding hotel services, amenities, local attractions, and area recommendations.
  5. Deliver exceptional guest service while maintaining high-quality hospitality standards.
