Responsibilities: 
  • Greet clients and their pets with a warm, professional, and friendly demeanor
  • Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and scheduling appointments
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle client inquiries in a timely manner
  • Process payments, manage invoicing, and maintain accurate client records
  • Coordinate with kennel and daycare staff to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment

Front Desk Manager/Receptionist needed for busy kennel in Smyrna GA. Must love dogs and be willing to be active while at work. This is not only a desk job and will require intake of the dogs and getting the dogs when they leave.
Must be able to delegate tasks to staff and create call lists, mailing lists for promotions, and follow up on progress of tasks.
Must be able to log retail and price retail correctly.
Must be very friendly and have great customer service skills.
Must be attentive to detail because will be required to input all services and information pertaining to the dogs stay and care.
Must do all billing and be able to run a cash drawer. Must be punctual as a requirement is to open and close the facility.
Must be proficient in typing to increase speed of intake.
Must be willing to clean and keep facility up to standard with disinfecting.
All appointments will be scheduled thought front desk and all vaccination and paperwork updates will be done through front desk. Manager must verify that correct and orderly filing is done, and that all staff is adhering to high standards of organization.
