Job description

S3 Hotel Group is seeking a friendly, service-driven Full-Time Front Desk Agent to support operations at Hilton Garden Inn Irvine Spectrum/Lake Forest. This role serves as the face of the hotel, delivering exceptional guest service while ensuring smooth front desk operations across both properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests and efficiently manage check-ins and check-outs at both properties
  • Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations in the system
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and urgency
  • Accurately process payments, room charges, and transactions
  • Promote and enroll guests in Hilton Honors programs
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to support guest needs
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
  • Ensure compliance with hotel safety, security, and QA standards
  • Support operations across both hotels as needed (dual-property flexibility)
  • Assist with guest services, luggage, and local recommendations
Qualifications
  • Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
