We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Guest Experience Manager to join our team. As a Guest Experience Manager, you will be connecting with our guests and crafting memorable experiences while providing exceptional service. You will be a key point of contact for our guests and play a pivotal role in setting the tone for their stay.
Responsibilities
Warm Welcome:
Greet guests with genuine warmth, enthusiasm, displaying a friendly demeanor. Ensure a smooth and seamless check-in while delivering a personalized guest experience.
Passion for Hospitality:
Anticipate and fulfill guest needs to enhance their overall experience through-out their stay. Assist guests with any inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a calm demeanor and a solutions-based approach.
Team-Player:
Collaborate with all team members to ensure smooth operations and provide an exceptional guest experience. Foster effective communication to add to the team culture of service.
Operational Excellence:
Uphold and demonstrate our high standards of operational efficiency and effectiveness to manage front office operations. Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation to better the guest and employee experience.
Genuine Goodbye:
Provide an exceptional check-out experience that is personalized and makes the guest feel valued. Deliver a farewell that makes guests eager to return and inspired to share their positive experiences.
Responsible to the Senior Guest Experience Manager and to fulfill other related duties as required to support the overall goals of the department.
